Do you provide free quotes?
We provide free estimates which are finalised into paid quotes as the project progresses.
Is there a way to see what the end result will look like?
Yes! We can provide 3D Renders of each project as part of the design service so you can be 100% certain of what you are getting.
They come at an additional cost because of the extra time it takes to create them. They make a big difference to the experience so we highly recommend considering them.

Are there any hidden charges once work has begun?
No! We are upfront about and honest about the total job cost and anything that would need to be provided by the customer, so no nasty surprises!
Do you take on door jobs or repairs?
If we are building you fitted furniture and you happen to need internal doors hanging as well, we will usually help you out with them as it will be part of the larger job we are already installing for you.
We do not take on internal door hanging jobs or repairs on their own.
Is there a guarantee on your work and how long does it last?
We guarantee our workmanship for 15 years and have manufacturer warranties for components such as drawer runners, concealed hinges ect.
Can I make changes once my project starts?
Once your project has been signed off, usually there is no scope to make changes. We will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before we get going!
That said, each situation if different so please feel free to ask if something is missing or incorrect.
Can I cancel my project once the work begins?
You can cancel your project once the work begins, however any deposit paid is non-refundable. You may also be charged for the work towards your project that has already taken place, this will depend on how far along we are.
