Once we receive your enquiry we will ask you to provide:
1. Photos of the space
2. Rough Dimensions of the space
3. Any inspiration images to give us an idea of the style you are after
4. Your timeline
5. Budget (This is not necessary but it is a big help to us so we can know what materials are best to suggest and so we understand your expectations and requirements!)
Using the information you have given us we will usually be able to send you an estimated quote for you project
IF THE ESTIMATE IS WITHIN YOUR BUDGET - we will arrange a meeting at the property to meet you, measure up and discuss the finer details of the project
IF THE ESTIMATE EXCEEDS YOUR BUDGET - we like to have an open conversation about your budget so we can advise you on potential changes that can be made to reduce the cost while still achieving your desired goal!
After we have agreed on and confirmed all the details of the job we will update your estimated quote. If you are happy with it we will move onto the design stage.
We will create and send to you designs of your project
We offer two choices for our designs:
1. 2D technical drawings which are complementary as part of the project
2. 3D renders as an additional extra from £120 plus VAT.

Once you are happy with the designs we will move on to the manufacturing stage.
We will order the materials needed for your project and start manufacturing it in our workshop.
This usually takes around 2-3 weeks.
Lead times can vary depending on how many jobs we have on.
We will keep you updated as the build progresses.
Once your project is built it is time to install!
Installation time will vary depending on the size of your project.
To help you gauge the amount of time your specific project might take to install, here is an example: A pair of alcove units will take approximately 2-3 days to install.
Typically, our projects value between £2500 and £100,000 plus vat and our payment structure is as follows:
1. 50% deposit
2. 35% stage payment once the units are built in our workshop prior to delivery
3. Finally the 15% balance is payable upon satisfactory completion of the project including any snags that need to be resolved.
